For Financial Advisors · Plan Beyond the Portfolio
Help your clients plan for the life they’re retiring into.
A client can be financially prepared for retirement and still feel uncertain about leaving work.
Retirement Fitness™ helps you address that gap through specialized client coaching, engaging educational events, and practical advisor training.
Together, we connect financial preparation with the identity, purpose, relationships, and daily life your clients want to build.
Recognize these client conversations?
“I know I can afford to retire. I just don’t know what I’d do.”
“My spouse is ready. I’m not sure I am.”
“I thought I had five more years. Then my job ended.”
These are opportunities to understand what the retirement decision means to the person making it.
Why expand the conversation?
Understand the life behind the financial goals.
When clients can describe what they want from retirement, you have a richer foundation for discussing timing, spending, priorities, and the choices their plan supports.
Discover what matters.
Explore the expectations, concerns, and family dynamics that may be shaping a client’s retirement decisions.
Deepen the relationship.
Create space for conversations about contribution, connection, and identity— alongside financial readiness.
Add meaningful support.
Offer clients access to a specialist when they need more time and guidance preparing for life after work.

Better Conversations™
Start with a question that opens the conversation.
Your Intro Kit introduces five questions for exploring what retirement means to the person behind the plan.
Advisor training builds on these questions with listening cues, follow-ups, and opportunities to practice.
What are you retiring to?
What will you miss the most?
Who are you outside of work?
What does a great Tuesday look like?
What do you want your next chapter to be known for?
Which clients benefit?
Think of the client whose next chapter still feels uncertain.
The financial conversation may be well underway. The personal questions may only just be surfacing.
Considering who they will be without a long-held role, title, or professional identity.
Preparing for life beyond a business that has shaped their time and identity.
Adjusting to more freedom and seeking direction, structure, and connection.
Reconsidering their next chapter after a transition they didn’t choose.
